Nickel Electric, Inc. was established in 1991, starting out in a small garage and a desk in a kitchen. In 1993, we expanded to a cold storage facility and continued to run our office out of our home. In 1998, as we had out grown our area, it was time to expand a little more. So land was purchased in the Howard Industrial Park and an office / shop was built. A few years later an addition was added to accommodate more vehicles, supplies, and equipment. We continue to call this our shop at 1479 Gruber Rd, Green Bay.
Our team has been focused on excellence and dedicated in providing the best in electrical contracting services. We are a full service electrical contractor for all residential, commercial and industrial wiring and lighting needs. We provide great customer service at a fair price. We offer 24 hour emergency service for our customers 365 days a year.
We are fully insured, licensed, and meet OSHA standards. Our electricians attend code update classes, along with being CRP certified and ARCH Flash certified..
For being a mid-sized contractor, our list of projects is rather impressive. Our General Contractors that we work with are among some of the best. The majority of our work is performed with in Brown County and the surrounding counties. We travel frequently to Door County down to the Valley and across to the Lake Shore by Manitowoc. We will travel throughout the state if we are asked by one of our contractors.
Our jobs have ranged from the smallest of jobs, like changing light fixtures & fixing outlets for our customers, wiring new constructions and remodels, all the way to the other end of the spectrum by wiring million dollar homes and/or businesses. We have wired a number of restaurants, a fire station, apartments and high end condos, to elderly care facilities to a couple of hotels.

2016 marked our 25th Anniversary with the Brown county Home Builders Association. In 2010, Nickel Electric Inc. was the main electrician for the Extreme Home Makeover in Neenah.
Nickel Electric Inc. was a contributor for the 2005 Free House Giveaway Raffle for The March of Dimes.
Nickel Electric, Inc. has also received the subcontractor of the year award from Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity in the past.
